I’m Steffen K. Rafdal, and I’ve been helping people learn Norwegian online since 2016. I love connecting with students from all over the world and guiding them on their language journey. With over 12,000 completed classes, I’ve got the experience to help you reach your goals, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills.

Professional Classes #
We’ll use a textbook (provided by me) to build a strong foundation in Norwegian grammar and vocabulary. Here’s how it works:
- Read: You’ll read assigned chapters in the textbook, focusing on understanding the texts, new words, and grammar concepts.
- Practice: Complete exercises to reinforce what you’ve learned.
- Discuss: In our classes, we’ll discuss the material, practice speaking, and I’ll answer any questions you have. I’m also available via email for support between classes.

Conversational Classes #
These classes focus on developing your speaking skills and fluency. We’ll engage in free-flowing conversations on a variety of topics, such as:
- Everyday life in Norway
- Travel and culture
- Current events
- Hobbies and interests
- Your personal experiences
You can also suggest specific topics you’d like to discuss, allowing you to practice vocabulary and grammar relevant to your needs.

This platform has undergone several iterations and domain changes over the years, reflecting my commitment to continuous improvement. As of September 10, 2024, I have completed 3,473 one-on-one classes on Laernorsk.no. I am excited to continue growing this platform and offering high-quality Norwegian language learning experiences. |
