The Schedule #

I always work the following times, in CET/CEST. If any of the hours aren’t shown in the booking calendar, it’s because the time has been booked already.

Classes #

  • Trial (30-minutes)
  • Conversation (30-minutes)
  • Tutoring (30, 60 and 90-minutes)

Trial and conversation classes are booked through the website. Tutoring classes are booked through the confirmation email you received from buying a tutoring package or subscription.

Resources #

  • På vei - Beginner [A1-A2]
  • Stein på stein - Intermediate [B1]
  • Her på berget - Advanced [B2/C1]

You get access to an online textbook and exercise platform with personalised feedback by the teacher.

Tutoring Packages #

  • 1 Month Access
    • 4 Hours of Classes (240 minutes)
  • 3 Months Access
    • 12 Hours of Classes (720 minutes)
  • 6 Months Access
    • 24 Hours of Classes (1440 minutes)

All of these provide full access to one of the resources and a set amount of hours (minutes) that can be used to book classes.

Subscriptions #

  • Beginner | 4 Classes
    • We use the resource called På vei.
    • Limited to 30 or 60 minute classes.
  • Intermediate | 4 Classes
    • We use the resource called Stein på stein.
    • Limited to 30 or 60 minute classes.
  • Advanced | 4 Classes
    • We use the resource called Her på berget.
    • Limited to 30 or 60 minute classes.

Get full access to resources and 4 classes monthly until the subscription expires or is cancelled.

How to Book & Pay #

Classes #

When booking Trial and Conversation Classes you just need to follow the steps below:

  1. Select your desired time, and choose one of the following options:
    • Select and continue
      • Follow step 2 below.
    • Select and add another time
      • Repeat step 1.
    • Select and make recurring
      • Select how often you want the class to repeat, and how many times.
      • Click «See availability» in the top right.
      • Review the start time and following classes, if it looks good click «Add appointments» in the top right.
      • Repeat step 1 if you want to set up more classes.
  2. Review the classes you have selected and click continue.
  3. Fill in your personal information and continue to payment.
  4. Fill in payment information, review it, and pay.

Packages & Subscriptions #

Find your package or subscription of choice at the bottom of the page and proceed to checkout. Payment options are:

  • Cards (using Stripe)
    • Available for classes, packages and subscriptions
  • PayPal
    • Available for classes and packages

Package classes #

When you get your confirmation email from the package, there is a certificate code followed by a booking link you can use to book your classes. Just select the class you want and follow the steps from the classes section.

New students and conversation classes #

If you’re a new student looking to see if the classes will be a good fit for you, or you’ve already learned Norwegian but need practice, then the trial or conversation class may be good for you.

Trial class #

The trial class is 30 minutes long and the goal is to cover some basic information about you and your needs, like:

  • Who you are
  • Why Norwegian, motivation etc.
  • Goals
  • Timeframe
  • How we will proceed / my recommendations

Conversation class #

These classes are mostly for people that already speak Norwegian or those who are taking courses but don’t get to speak enough.

Snakker du ikke nok på kurset ditt, eller bruker du ikke norsk i dagliglivet? Da kan samtaleklassene passe for deg. Det er 30 minutter med samtale, og hva vi snakker om er opp til deg. Du kan finne temaer, artikler eller lignende. Det er også mulig å bare ha en fri samtale.

Want to start learning or improve your Norwegian? #

It can be hard to know where to start or where to pick up when learning a language. With the following Tutoring Packages / Subscriptions, you will get full access to a comprehensive resource with lots of homework to do and personalised guidance.

Subscriptions [A1-C1] #

All of the subscriptions give access to a resource for as long as the subscription remains active, and also gives 4 classes every month. Decide for yourself if you want 30 or 60-minute classes.

Unused classes rollover into the next month #

Beginner Courses [A1-A2] #

Beginner courses use the resource På vei, and comes with a login to the following online resources:

  • a textbook
  • online exercises
  • tests after every three chapters to measure progress
